Steps to apply for a free treatment evaluation:
Please know that you can stop the process at any time. Upon request, we can delete your personal data from our records.
- Fill out the form below and receive an email with a brochure
and a link to your personal Medical Information Form.
This email also contains the contact information of the patient advisor that has been appointed to you. - Click on the link in the received email to open your personal Medical Information Form (MIF). The free treatment evaluation will start once you have finished filling out the MIF.
- Your patient advisor will get back to you with the treatment evaluation results or might call you to ask for specific information. When you have any question in the meantime, please contact your appointed patient advisor.

You should be aware that a single treatment costs approximately €7,500 - €11,500 (Euros) depending upon the disease treated and that it will probably not be covered by medical insurance. The location of the XCell-Center clinics is either in Düsseldorf or Cologne, both in Germany.
