Excellence in patient care is paramount to our overall success at the XCell-Center. From the time each patient contacts us until they return home safely, every staff member continually strives to exceed that patient's expectations.
In our recent patient satisfaction survey, our patients acknowledge that we are surpassing our patient care goals.
Overall
The vast majority of respondents rated their overall experience in Germany quite highly. About 70% rated their overall quality of care as "Excellent" and more than 95% rated their care "Good" or better. Every patient surveyed indicated that they would return to the XCell-Center again and that they would recommend treatment at the XCell-Center to their friends.

Physician Score
Every respondent (100%) rated the care provided to them by their XCell-Center doctor as "Good" - "Excellent" and over 90% rated the doctor's care as "Very good" - to "Excellent".

Nurses
Our nursing staff was evaluated on their ability to answer questions, efficiency, patient monitoring, courtesy and respect. Their performance was stellar, with more than 95% of respondents ranking them as "Good" - "Excellent" in every category.

Non Medical Services
Our patient support and logistics staff, scored admirably as well; receiving high marks for patient transportation services, cleanliness, comfort, courtesy, respect and available payment options.

Eligibility Phase
Lastly, our patient consultants play critical roles in the patient eligibility phase by informing patients about available treatment options, answering questions, liaising between patients and the clinic staff, assisting prospective patients with the evaluation process, treatment scheduling and trip preparation. More than 90% of respondents rated their eligibility phase services as "Good" - "Excellent".
